feeling very brave tonight, progress pics, hope it works.
I started MFP the 25th May and have lost 43 pounds so far, still a VERY long way to go but i already feel so much fitter and healthier, i have had so much advice and support along the way from friends and family but mostly from my MFP friends so a big thanks to you all.
