yesterday someone i hadn't seen for 2 weeks said that it looked like i had lost weight and at least a couple of inches, YAYYYY!! i was so chuffed, i've only been on this program for 12 days, today is day 13 and i'm already 8 pounds down and have lost 2 inches off my hips and 3 inches off my waist, it's so exciting, i didn't think anyone would notice yet. i love this program
