dont worry our weight can fluctuate from day to day, hour to hour. did you weigh at the same time of day? you can sometimes weigh anywhere up to 5/6lbs more at night. it could be water weight or you could need the toilet.
good luck.0 -
nothing..this happens..its hormonal mostly. women tend to bloat more, espeically around that TOM. dont get discouraged if you go up and down a few lbs here and there..i do it..that is one reason they say to not weigh yourself every day.
there are other factors that cause you to gain a lb here and there..if you are bloated, or ate too big a meal that just hasnt 'digested' yet.......
just keep at it0 -
If ur eating well & exercising, then count ur inches more so than ur poundage. U r likely build Ingram muscle wich weighs more in smaller packaging than fat. Break out a measuring tape & a pair a jeans a lil on the tight side. Check urself out. Be consistent. It will come together. Ull see0

Something like a pound gain or loss, is more than likely water weight. It takes 3500 calorie excess to gain a pound. So if you are sticking to your calorie intake and exercising, I dont think you need to worry. I have a bit of OCD when it comes to weighing myself. I do it once a day, sometimes more. I dont recommend it at all!!! I can fluctuate 3-5 daily. But when I do my weigh ins its only on a specific day of the week at the exact same time (after I wake up, after I pee ).
Just keep up what you are doing and that once a week weigh in you will see your results. k Chin up!

yep i weigh myself roughly the same time, always in the morning before breakfast or a drink and after the toilet.
thanks for your replies, i guess i'm being too impatient0 -
i've been weighing myself each day too, i've tried to stop but can't help it0

LOL Its hard I know...Ive tried. Like I said, just pick the one day that counts and stick with it. That will be your day of the week. I pick Sundays when I wake up before work. Youll start to see your achievements when you stick to that one day.0

i will try harder to stop, i know i'm obsessive. thank you0
