I don't find that any one exercise gets rid of the fat there. For me it gradually goes down as I lose.

Try things that include more vegetable not as much carbohydrates. I don't believe that carbs are bad, but many do contain more sugar that you might think and limiting them should help you reach your goal. Also nice lean meat is always good and some whole grains think fiber are options.

@ akiss4u2tam Way to go on getting hubby to go to the gym with you. I have been trying to figure out how to do this. We have two little kids and our schedules just don't seem conducive this this. Once the weather breaks. I definitely plan on trying walking as a family some evenings.

To the above poster that doesn't sound like too much sugar if that's your only source. SW: 235 CW: 228 GW: 195 I am down a total of 7 lbs. (I couldn't remember when we are supposed to weigh). I am excited about the 7 lbs but I do know that some of it is definitely water weight.

Thanks for the suggestion. Years ago I was a vegetarian. I am now a meat eater, but I definitely want to try different veggies. My goal is to eat more things that are in season.

Start something small. You can do a walk after dinner. This is nice because as the kids see you exercising they will join in. Some people like the Wii for this too. Something for like 10 minutes. I like Chike. While I have definitely had other shakes that were lower in protein this actually kept me full so it was worth it to me. You can get a sample online for the cost of shipping. I do not like chocolate so I can't comment on that . I thought the orange was just ok, but I love the vanilla, banana, and strawberry.

What type of dairy are you doing? I can't do milk. Almond milk yes but not regular milk. It is instant stall. Cheese and butter don't seem to hinder me losing.
