My meal plan is out of wack but I'll stablize tomorrow. I did 20 minutes on the Eliptical, short of my 45 minutes daily goal. Weight is stable which is cool..... I would like to loose about 20 more. I want to see what it's like to be a skinny dude.

Okay...I'll share. Good Choices: Resisted the urge to eat starches.. Reached my calorie limit with large portions of proteins. Had 2 great workout days. Focus for this week: Staying away from beer cognac! I couldn't eaten another steak instead of wasting the calories on drinks!
