Jumping June Day 9 CHECK IN!!!!! {CLOSED GROUP}

HI OUT THERE !!! YALL BEEN MIGHTY QUIET! :smile:

Just doing a quick check in as Day #9 has arrived!:bigsmile:

1) What is on your meal plan for today and 2) what have you done or what do you plan to do to get yor 30 minutes in today?!
3) Any updates on the scale or other progress?

1) So far my meal plan is in the air since I am away but I plan to stick with seafood tonight

2) I did 30 mins of the eliptical and 30 on the treadmill at the hotel!

3) I was down a little over a pound so less than 18 pounds to go to my 100 pound (recaptured) weight loss from May 2011! Pretty excited about that!

  • I haven't quite figured out how to post on this group without it being a reply but I'm pretty active on my "wall"

    Today I had my leftovers of my dinner from TGI Friday's (Bruschetta Chicken Pasta). I'm supposed to have dinner at Bubba Gump's and will be eating crab legs--YUM! I'm going to walk for 30 minutes--I'm not sure if it'll be on the treadmill or outside. By the way it looks outside, I'm probably going to walk on the treadmill. My scale hasn't moved--I got a little reminder yesterday about my not eating much so I need to concentrate on that. Since I return to work next week, I'll be waking up about 3 hours earlier than I do now so that should cover my skipping breakfast and add in some calories.
  • Once you meet the 100 pound goal, how much do you want to loose from there?

    I started out at 266 and have set an initial weight loss goal at 185. In my profile pic (on this page) I'm 225--230. I think it looks pretty good but I do remember that I wanted to loose some more and didn't. I also know that I want to be under 200 with some cushion. The charts say that I should be 150 but...I don't think so! We'll see what happens :)

    3) Any updates on the scale or other progress? I lost another 1.2 pound. Which is good since I haven't been able to work out for the past few days because of my back. I'll be glad when I can get back on it. I was enjoying the activity.

    I think I'm still on track to reach my short term goal.

    I did 20 minutes on the Eliptical, short of my 45 minutes daily goal.
    Weight is stable which is cool.....
    I would like to loose about 20 more. I want to see what it's like to be a skinny dude.

    I've lost 5 pounds.

    I'd like to be 258 on 7/1 (I'm 261 right now)

    Beginning tomorrow I'm going to FORCE myself to drink 2L's of water over the weekend and 3L's beginning Monday.
