  • They're the same, by my understanding. Training implies the use of weights and lifting weights is using them so I'd say they're the same. But there are different types of weight training/lifting. It depends on whether you're going primarely for bulck or tone.
  • Plateau genuienly suck. The best way to avoid plateauing is to change your workout. Don't do the same things over and over and over. Think of it as muscle memory.
