  • I just saw an ad for this diet - did you ever try it? If so, how did it work out for you? I'm very curious - not having much luck on a 1300 calorie a day diet. Just feel too hungry all the time!!!
  • I'm with you - I had a bad September too! Sometimes it's easier to set small goals for yourself, i.e. make each weight goal 5lbs or 10lbs instead of giving yourself bigger goals of 25lbs, etc. It's much more rewarding to reach a small goal many times rather than a big goal one time!!! Congrats on your weight loss!!!
  • I go to Get In Shape for women. It has pretty restrictive hours, but it is absolutely amazing. It's small group training (no more than 4 ladies at a time), and they provide nutrition training which is the most important thing for me. I have learned so much about foods that I should be eating.
