That is a great site and I love this statement ... " An average person should be satisfied with about 10 pieces of nigiri , or 400 calories at the most. " I eat Sushi on average 3x's a week ... So yes, 10 pieces is perfect and no worries from this fish ! :)

Don't let the numbers define you ! Back off the scale for awhile and maintain a good diet, exercise accordingly and always remain positive ! People don't realize that their attitude plays a huge part in their success ... if you think you can, then you most definitely will ! Full speed ahead .... :)

I removed sugar from my tracking log .. Basically everything has some sugar in it and MFP doesn't divide the bad from the good sugars. Sooooo .... keep eating healthy and just focus on what matters ! I shoot for 90 to 120 min a day ... 7 days a week. Targeting different area's ... but sometimes my work day is way too long and I have to skip a day. I bike on a daily basis ... Avg 25 miles a day and were an HRM. My speed is 12 - 14mph on avg and the HRM shows 800+ calories burned. But, MFP shows 1023 cal burned ... so there is a slight difference of maybe 200 cal. I generally eat back 50% of my exercise calories. But I would encourage anybody who wants true numbers to…
