  • I add a ¼ cup of Special K Granola, Fresh Blueberries and Strawberries, a pinch of Ginger .... and 2 tsp of honey to my Fage 0% Greek Yogurt every day ! I am sooooooooo adicted to Special K Granola Cereal .... I absolutely LOVE it ! :)
  • Absolutely ... but try to add small doses of protein early in the day and don't make a habit of eating your biggest meal at night ... Go out and enjoy yourself ... tomorrow's another day and you can always add more exercise ! :happy:
  • I looked at your 1500 cal day and then looked at one of my 1200 cal days and wait til you see how much food is 1200 cal if you choose healthier choices ! My code is 1234. I do the zig zag method and I exercise ALOT .... So don't compare anything else ... just look at 1/16/2012 for an idea of how much food can fill you up…

  • I log everything ... if your not sure how bad it is ... google it ! Days like this are gentle reminders as to why they exist ...
