I would suggest having bloodwork done and find out where your levels are for a start. Omega 3's ... such as Fish oil is always is beneficial. Vitamin D3 is imperative ... I carry " snacks " with me all day long ... but, I am constantly putting out fires, so no desk to sit at. But ... If I did have a desk job I would certainly snack at my desk ! And about lunch ... I have to leave ... it's the one hour a day I get to just " breathe ".. :)

If you have a droid ... cardio trainer is pretty amazing and right on target if you set the numbers up right. BUT, it also drains the battery life ... and that is an epic fail ! :(
