Same here. Cumin is amazing in 99% of dishes! I love it on roasted butternut squash (toss cumin, salt, pepper, garlic powder and olive oil with squash and roast, turning occasionally).

One of my co-workers went to the cafeteria for lunch today and was given 2 grilled cheese sandwiches instead of just one. She offered me the other. It took every single ounce of my willpower to say no and power through my salmon/broccoli.

It's also strange how many people won't actually say it to your face because they are afraid of offending somehow. So many people will say it to my husband and he always says "Don't tell me, tell her!" Haha!

My Mom is a terrible cook - seriously. But the one she does make well are baked beans. They have just the right sweetness, and big hunks of bacon. Yum!

Vinegar in most forms. The thought of some people chugging apple cider vinegar straight from the bottle makes me want to puke.

Totally up to you. I used to do Intermittent Fasting (on a 16/8 schedule), but others go 20-22 hours before eating again and have had great results. I went back to eating breakfast to break a plateau (it worked!). Just do whatever works for you, that you can stick to.

You need to see your MD. The only way to truly tell if you have elevated cortisol is with a blood test AND a 24-hour urine collection by an endocrinologist. Yup! My before and after sizes are the exact same as yours. I did go to Victoria's Secret a few weeks ago to get re-sized - it was weird putting on a bra with only two clasps in the back instead of three!

You're totally right. I think I put a lot of effort into making them look good before so that people would look at them and not other areas of my body, and now that they are shrinking I'm not sure what to do with myself. Haha!

You'll definitely get results, but you'll probably get bored very quickly which, for some people, can trigger binges. Eat the stuff you like, just make it fit into your daily goals (which usually means smaller portions).

I'd log the activity minutes only. Or, you can put in the full amount of time and adjust the calories to reflect what you actually want to eat back.
