My local bagel place has the nutritional info posted on a small sheet of paper near the display case. Maybe ask someone there if they have the info available? If not, I'd just guesstimate using somewhere that gives the info (Dunkin' for example).

I saw a friend yesterday that I hadn't seen in a little while. The first thing out of his mouth was "Holy crap! You've lost weight!" It felt so awesome because nobody has really mentioned my weight loss, but I'm sure it is because they see me all the time and he doesn't.

Whenever I know I'm going to have a day of running around without much time for food, I'll pack a Quest Bar. They keep me full for a ridiculously long time and (most of the flavors) are really tasty!

This happens to me a lot in the Summer - for some reason heat makes me retain water and my hands get super puffy. So much so that my MD has me on a very low-dose water pill for the hot months so I don't completely swell up like a balloon.

If it fits in your goal, then go for it. Personally, a McDonalds burger will fill me up for about 45 minutes, then I'm searching for more (which would put me over my calories) so I stay away.

Definitely this! If you're looking to change it up a little, you can try the low carb, but it isn't ideal for everyone and if you're having luck now you might as well stick to it instead of making your diet even more restrictive.
