  • Slayed W5D3 this morning! I was so damn pumped I ran 3 more minutes after a 2 minute cool down walk! I am going to run again in the morning and I am going to shoot for 30 minutes! I felt like I could do it today. Running a 5k on Sunday! Don't give up people!
  • WINNING!!!! W5D2 DONE! Felt good, just set a good pace and ran. Could have done some extra but don't want to push it! D3 coming up! I got this! 5K Sunday!

  • Very cool! I hope my W3D2 is easy too! I try to add on some extra time to at least one of the runs each week lets me know I can do more! Be sure to post how you do on day 3!
  • Completed W3D1 early this morning! The three minute intervals are were not as bad as I thought they would be! Felt good!!
