Okay L2D4, i cant feel the plank exercises getting a little easier compared to day 1, so i guess i am getting stronger. The ab move in circuit 3 is still very hard for me. i hope there are no planks in level 3. how is everyone else doing?

ive been filling up on fruits and veggies regularly, so i should be able to keep this up. i havent walked in a while, but it will be a nice change. we have super long streets so if i walk to the next street & back to mine thats over an hour!

L2D3...*sigh, i know some of you love level 2, but i am hating it with a passion. the planks are killing me! i feel like the devil personally conjured up level 2 and gave it to Jillian to torment me. I am going to keep at it & pray that it gets easier, because i am about to die! :sad:

haha, that sounds like me, you might want to get use to the plank position because level 2 is full of it. I just did my second day of level two about ten minutes ago, and i hate it still. i had to wear sneakers because i was sliding in my socks on the carpet yesterday. Keep it up Flippy you are doing great!

i kept slipping too, I think the thing that bothers me the most is the exercises in the plank position. i have no upper body strength, so it is super hard for me. I am hoping if I stick with L2 it will get easier for me like L1 did, but keep it up girlie, you are motivating me.:happy:

L2D1 all i can say is OMG! i thought i would be okay since i was breezing through L1 toward the end, oh no. i think i died in the middle of the exercise. too many planks! even Natalie was struggling a bit & she's advanced! I just have to remember I struggles in the beginning of L1 as well. I am going to try to make it…

to tell the truth i have only been doing the shred up until last night I went to the gym, so that is all shred yay!

hi people i went from 220.8 (when the thread started) to 217.8 i am going to up everything. i am going to the the 30 day shred in the morning and go to the gym in the evening. & stay away from snacks!

i did pretty good yday. normally i only do the 30 day shred, but i went to the gym that night as well. i burned 800+ cal & drank a ton of water.

so tomorrow will be my last day of level 1. i told myself i wasn't going to weigh myself until the end of each level, so i cheated a little bit and measured my right thigh. When I started it was 29 in it is now 26 1/4 inches. i am excited!

brunettewife , that is a great idea, especially about removing meat 2 days out the week from our diet, normally i shoot for one & struggle a bit, but i am ready to take it on!

yeah sometimes i'll eat a few of them, but not all. i was going through the threads, and it was so many different opinions that i started doubting myself. it just confused me with so many different views. :indifferent:
