So I did the fit test & nearly died yesterday. Day 2, I feel like im taking too many breaks, therefore, not getting my full exercise. I just get tired. & out of breath so fast.

Daisy, I haven't tried working out with them, but the gloves aren't that heavy. The ab jam is not difficult, It is very hardcore on the abs, and I can tell that I am working on the tummy, even though I am not out of breath or anything. I have to remind myself to "tuck" after the first day of 20 minutes my back and such was…

Don't beat yourself up, you got your videos later than we did, and everyone starts at their own pace, I commend you for doing the kickstart schedule, it will work out, I know you can do it!

How is cardio party? Alot of people told me they didn't like it too much, & I am suppose to do it tomorrow. I did 20+ Ab jam today, and it was not bad at all you do ten min standing abs + ten mins on the floor. Nothing to get you out of breath, you can definitely feel your abs working. (if only i could see my abs. :laugh: )

I'm in, I tried last month, I lost 4 lbs, Just weighed in today gained a lb, but TOM is coming up so not too bad. SW:214.8 GW:209.8 I'd love this, 209 looks way closer to being under the 200's!

Well according to the schedule in the guidebook, I am to do 20 min + ab jam. i am not too tired after the 20 min so we shall see how this goes. I love when the turbo part comes up on the 20 mins, its so fun to me for some reason. How is everyone else doing so far?

Hi Janet, I finished the 30 day shred last week, and it prepared me for this. The 30 day shred was pretty tough for me, but all that working out must have helped because I do not get out of breath doing Turbo Jam, those jumping jacks and jump really helped. I thought about doing Turbo Fire after doing TJ!

They say about 5lb weights, but all I had was 2.5lb weights, I still felt a burn. I just finished the 30 day shred. and I lost a great amount of inches overall. I can fit into a pant size smaller, and I lost about 7lbs. Good Luck!

I feel you, I am 21, and have been chubby since I was about 14. I just got so fed up, this site is so helpful. Tracking your food (good and BAD) is the first step, and really an eye opener. I bet I was consuming about 3000+ calories before joining this site. You will do great, and good luck! :flowerforyou:
