i made this tonight for my family. they do not like baked fish & begged for fried fish. they tasted this and are in LOVED with it. this reminds me of a dish from Red Lobster, and now i can have it at home. Thanks!
-
ha, thanks i may try that. i want a flat tummy too!
-
i was going to try that, ordered it & everything, but my bf didnt think it was healthy for me & i threw it out, and decided to lose weight the old fashioned way.
-
Thanks, I think I am losing in my face a little. :blushing: but I did the same thing. Since I has fours days of level 2 left, I do two days of 3 & then the next level 1. So I get all my days of level 3 without killing myself. & You are right it is more fun that Level 2, I would not crack one smile during level 2, and I was…

level 3 is intense, but i personally like it waaaaaaay better than level 2. I am glad i skipped those last 4 days of level two. I am just going to do level 3 for 14 days. If i ever do the shred again i will do level 1 for 15 days and level 3 for 15 days. me & level two do not get along.

I read online last night she is being sued over that detox, because alot of those ingredients are harmful enough to cause death. One of the ingredients was claimed to be normally used to melt ice off warcrafts. Check with a physician to make sure you are okay, and discontinue immediately.

Congrats & Keep it up! I am on Day 18 on the whole ordeal, and considering the first day of level one I did not think I would make it this far. I have never exercised 18 days in a row, this is my first time exercising on a regular basis. But keep it up you are doing great.
-
that looks about right, i reviewed level 2 just to make sure!

Just try to stick it out Flippy, i know some people who do not shed anything one day & the next a lot has dropped off. Keep it up please we need you in this thread ! I am sorry but i have 4 days left in level 2, and i cannot take another day, i hate it, so i am going to start level 3 today I know it is going to be…

Flippy, normally i hear you lose mainly inches on the shred. i would love for a normal number on a scale but i would rather fit in my clothes better instead of thinking about a number. Did you measure yourself before the shred?
-
I think i asked this question before. I think we all do actually. lol. honestly when i first started counting calories, I would eat my exercise calories not all of them, but enough to feel full. Now i do not rely on exercise calories to get through the day. I have to force myself to eat the calories that are already given…
-
oh that is awesome! that is the best way to know that you've lost weight when someone who does not even know you're dieting notices your weight loss. Keep it up! I cannot wait to get there.
-
lost 5 pounds since we started the challenge , i may not be out of the 200s before the summer but i want to get as low as possible.
-
I do think my knee reaches as far as theirs do. I feel nothing in my abs as hard as i try, so yesterday i did the oblique crunches we did in level 1, because i figured I'd rather do a level 1 exercise instead of doing a level 2 incorrectly & it is still working the same area. I did try though.

i normally eat a piece of peanut butter toast before i work out in the morning, that way i am not starving. if i eat before i work out i feel sick, or i end up feeling hungry afterwards. hope that helps!
-
thank you very much i appreciate all the info & congrats on your weight loss success for i hope to be there one day as well.
-
thanks, i am not on a diet, i learned a while ago i am not one of those people who can lose weight quickly with pills, & shakes, i have been doing just like you changing the way i eat slowly, but surely. thank you for your post, and making me laugh a bit.
-
you're body might just might be getting use to the stress you are putting on it. when i first started, i thought i would die shortly after working out & the next day i would be fine, and ready to do it again. & i still got results. as long as you know you are giving it your 100% then you should be fine.

i dont know why i still call it a cheat day, because i have basically modified the way i eat. i do not really call what i am doing a diet now. i like the idea of making my own bread, very helpful. i eat rather healthy, and i plan to continue eating healthy for the rest of my life, but every once in a while i want something…
-
thanks, i am thinking maybe a cheat meal so i will not fall off the wagon, and i will definitely track my calories still, because other times i had cheat days i knew nothing about calorie counting & it ended up very negatively.
