Can anyone tell me. How many calories you think I burned?

I weigh 130, 28 F, heart usually at 70 sitting - target 150-169ish
I did a pre warm-up get heart rate up...
Immediately with about 10 -15 sec break between ALL exercises ...
Start to finish = 1 hour

35 Lunges 30lb
Jump Rope 25 singles, 25 runners, 25 singles, 25 runners
10 / side Plank Rows 10 lb
Jump Rope (same as above)
Push Ups { 4 on toes, 10 on knees, 4 scorpions}
Jump Rope (same as above)
10 / Triceps weight back arms 10 lb
Jump Rope (same ...)
Lunges (same as above)
JOG @ .5 incline - 21 min - @ 4.5 MPH
GOOOOOODDDD STRETCH!!!

    I would estimate about 600cal.

    I agree,600 easy maybe even a little more sounds like an hour of HIIT,so you burned a little more when you were done.

    Prior to your run, how long did the other exercises take, in total? Use that time and enter it in as "circuit training", then enter running 4.5 mph for the 21 minutes, and MFP will calculate how many calories you burned.

  • ahhh good idea! Didn't think of that... lol
    So I did .5 incline walk warm up 2.7 MPH = 3 min
    ... @.5 incline 4.7 MPH = 5 min
    so ohhh 8 min warm up.
    I think the jump rope & weights were like 25 min.

  • Humm so I did what you suggested inputing my numbers... doesn't look the way i wanted it!

    8 min walk / jog = 50 cal (treadmill said)
    17 min circut weights = 127 cal
    21 min jog = 150 cal (treadmill again)

    whopping == 327 CALORIES... sigh thought i did more!

    I do feel good though!
