I have PCOS too, so I know where you are coming from. For me, adding regular activity really did the trick...30-90 minutes of walking 5-6 times a week...and I have lost 70 pounds in about a year. It hasn't been incredibly fast weight loss, but it has been consistent. I haven't changed my diet much, other than staying…

The water helps me most of the time. When I am actually hungry I have quaker chewy granola bars and fiber one brownies to snack on.
-
Brown suede slip-on moccasins...I love these shoes :)
-
Having friends makes all the difference for some people. Anyone who would like to can add me :) Good luck to you!

Rebecca. I like it...my niece was named after me.

I'm 23...and will be 24 on the 19th :)
-
Congrats :)

I'm not big into face shots...so I chose a picture of someone who does
-
Ha ha ha...I love it!
-
I started out at 275...and started at 255 with MFP. I'm still over 200. From the number of replies I see it looks like there are quite a few of us out there over 200 ;)
-
I have been here for a while, but anyone who would like to add me is more than welcome :)
-
Hello and welcome to both of you :)
-
This definitely puts things into perspective.
-
Hi...and welcome :) I am sure that you will reach your goals. Feel free to add me.

I would do an internet search and find a few different calculators. Find the average and use that number. And if you aren't confident in the accuracy, eat back only 75% of the calories.

I'm jealous lol

My elbows...I know, it's a strange body part to choose lol.

Depending on the dvd, I log it as 4.0, 4.5 or 5.0 mph walking. I have a HRM and I usually burn more than MFP estimates.
-
My HRM has a chest strap. The last time I did Turbo Jam Cardio Party my HRM said I burned 476 calories. But it depends on a lot of factors (age, weight, intensity, etc.) You could split the difference between MFP and your HRM, or log what your HRM says and not eat back all of the calories.

Lol I have to admit I am guilty of this. I usually make cupcakes. I leave 6 at home and take the other dozen and a half to work.
-
Yay! You look great. Keep it up!
-
The more, the better :)

This sounds like exactly what you should do. You have probably significantly decreased your food intake, your body is trying to get readjusted. If you are shaky, then you should definitely eat.
-
I have adjusted my ticker to reflect my smaller goals. 100 pounds seems like a lot at first, but breaking it up into 5 or 10 pound increments keeps you motivated. Once that first goal is met, set another, and another. And before you know, you will be at your ultimate goal. Good luck to you :)
-
You have come to the right place :) I am 5'6" and currently 210, so feel free to add me.
-
You look awesome :)

 I didn't have any to begin with either. They will have to invent a new cup size for some of us if we get any smaller...

Working :(

I have lost 65 pounds since January of last year...45 pounds since May when I started MFP.
