Hi! I'm 5'2 and 139 pounds. When I first started years ago, I was at 220 pounds. I'd like to go down about 15 pounds or so as I'm still "overweight" in BMI. :/ Feel free to add me and we can motivate each other!

I also walk up and down the stairs at work. So if I have to use the bathroom/get water or ice, I go downstairs. I also move around in the kitchen while cooking. The kids laugh at me, and most of the time they'll join in. Make it fun and do what works for you. :) There's no right way of getting your steps in. Get whatever…

I have noticed the same thing. I have had my watch for a few weeks also. I would say the watch is more accurate since it has not only your information, but also the HRM. From what I noticed MFP tends to exaggerate when it comes to how many calories you burn, so I don't go with that anymore. I go with what my watch says.

LOVE THIS! Thanks for posting! :) I also have 3 kids and I finally told hubby that he will have to help me out in the mornings. Get the kids ready for school while I go to the gym. Lucky for me he's very supportive. I'm also going to start weight lifting (HIIT) 3x's a week. SO EXCITED!
