I haven't found that cutting back on carbs has helped my weight loss any, but I did learn that I have a slight gluten intolerance so cutting back on wheats and some grains has helped me feel better overall (which helps me stay on track). Just don't check this past week, lol.

A mistake is just a mistake- it doesn't mean you're done and should give up. Get back up on that horse! Make sure you get your nutrients and water in - makes a big difference in cravings and "feeling full"
