I think it's this. Sometimes a food is 10.1 or 8.7 or something like that. So if it's 10.1 the calculators will round down and if it's .7 it'll round up.. but then in the totals it'll add all the entire total and then post that. They're starting to be available everywhere now but I first got it at Bulk Barn (Canadian store, but maybe there's a bulk food wholesaler around you somewhere?). The prices are still the best there, chia seeds especially can be expensive.

Its funny to me that this practitioner would prescribe protein shakes/bars to lower blood sugar levels... those things are either full of sugar or artificial sweeteners (which come with their own problems).... so how is that helping?? If you don't add the gum would it be more of a shake than fluff? I've no idea where to get that from and not really feeling like getting it, considering I wouldn't know what else to do with it either, lol. Oh, and the torani syrup... is it fine without that too? Again, no idea what that is...

Are you feeling bored with it all? Maybe you need to find some new foods or a different workout strategy. Try mixing it up and seeing if that helps you get your groove back.

If you're weight training, your muscles are growing. They'll expand a bit before they start to shrink. That's why your clothes are feeling snug. Keep at it, you'll do amazingly if you still with it :smiley: :

I love yolks - they're the yummy part. Also, the fats in there are healthy and there's even evidence that they help fight "bad" cholesterol (I have no research on hand to back this up- google it, I guess). The only reason to avoid them is to drastically cut back on calories.

I agree with OP here... (this will be TMI, but) I start getting cravings and a bloated/ugh feeling from the week before the flow actually starts.... and then it continues til the end (and it's a week for me too :sick:) I feel your pain :frown:

I usually get a min of 8 glasses in, though generally hit 10+ (8oz glasses) I don't usually get headaches, so I'm taking the protein and seeing if one hits me, then not taking it the next day and seeing how it goes. If I see a pattern I'll start upping the water as well on protein days and see if that makes a difference.
