Team Carol - sadly, only 5 pts this week. no video, very few vitamins. Can they just make 1 vitamin in liquid form that goes in my coffee - that would be so much easier

Healthier option foods...Well I do make pizza using egg and Parmesan as the crust instead of dough. And i do make cauliflower rice in place of rice and potatoes and pasta. I also use half light sour cream and half greek yogurt instead of full sour cream to make it healthier. (I eat alot of sour cream)

Sex, sex, sex... This season has more sex than any other season. Its about time cause if I were in the middle of a world wide species ending event, I would want to make sure I took advantage of the one pleasure that doesnt have to be hunted down or killed for.

Hi ladies!!! I'm tj and I love Carol! Haven't missed a WD challenge and I'm going to make it through this one too! My goal is to take my vitamins every day and exercise 20 min 4 times a week. Wish me luck!!

I think the 3rd goal is going to have to be to restart logging food. (not started until wednesday) Im off track and this might be the best way to see where i am going wrong. What can I say - I like my brains with BBQ sauce and cheese.

I need a good goal for this week. Was sick all last week so I only had one good day of exercise. Goal 1 - walk on treadmill 3 times for 20 min or more. Goal 2 - Get all my Kiwanis paperwork done...its not a fitness goal, but i need something to make me accountable and get it done. Goal 3 - No Idea....Any suggestions?
