I always try to set aside a few calories to have a cocktail two or three times a week. I love to have a drink at night, sometimes more than one. But it has killed my diet plan, so I am trying to cut back. :sad: I love to drink and eat. Not good...

Muscle weighs more than fat. If your clothes are feeling better, then you are on the right track. Keep it up, the pounds will begin to come off.
