I make "Faux Buffalo Wings" I use chicken tenders, cut into chunks, hot and spicey shake and bake, and bake it up. We dip it in the Louisiana Buffalo wing sauce. My husband is satisfied with those since he is a wing-a-holic!!! :laugh:

Jillian can be such a beotch, but I just love her to death. :wink: I believe that she gets a lot of her "wisdom" in counseling from her mom, since she is a therapist. She really knows how to read everyone that I have seen on there. She's good.

The weekend was great. We actually went out for dinner and stayed on track. It was awesome. BTW, I am so excited that tonight is the season premier of The Biggest Loser. YEAH!!! I love that show. Bob and Jillian totally kick butt!!! :bigsmile:

I did really good and I am totally proud of myself. We even had people over for dinner 2 days this past weekend. I still had a fairly good weight loss, so needless to say, I'm happy. :bigsmile:

I usually weigh in on Monday's and Thursday's. It is just something my husband and I do with each other. I think it just helps both of us keep on track knowing that each other knows the weights.

We have basically stopped the soda intake. I do limit myself to 1 can a day and that is usually during the week. I like to take one in my lunch.
