I do have a question about HRM....can i use those as a daily tool such as just walking around the house...or do i only need to use that when im actually exercising?

Thank you all so much for replying...my first class is Friday aat 5pm...i know late..but its being offered for free so no complaints. I have taken Zumba at home before with little results. Im hoping that ill be able to keep up with it with a class. I have NO rhythm.

i totally have this problem as well i sweat just bending over to pick up a couple toys!!! so if im doing my 15 minute workout...you can imagine how much i have collected! :P

i think im having this problem...havent lost or gained any weight...havent exercised either..just started doing that today....

if someone isnt being supportive,,,havent logged in for a month,,,r being self destructive...calling people on things that they arent even doing...then id remove them with no warning...they probably wouldnt even notice anyway

fiber and lots of it...it helps curb your hunger and helps your body digest what you do eat...make sure to get in ur 8 glasses of water a day. It also helps with curbing your hunger so you dont eat when your actually just thirsty...HOPE this helps and good luck...add me as a friend if youd like.

oh and another thing...if you exercise and never eat your body will go into starvation mode and you will hold onto what you have now.

OK LETS see if i can do this..say your on a 2000 calorie diet. okay fine..if you go over that 2000 cals you can exercise the rest off....if you go over and dont exercise..you gain weight...so in turn if you exercise ALOT during the day then you can burn more during the day therefore you can eat more during the day..if you…
