  • Oh I hate seeing pictures of myself. "Where did that double chin come from?" :ohwell: But what I do love is running into someone who you truly respect and hear what sounds honest and true "You are looking great. You can really tell you have been losing." Now that is a good feeling. I love being able to look at them and…
  • I enjoy walking by myself. I take my hands free set and call my family that is out of state. You'd be amazed on how easy it is to walk longer then your sister is going on and on.. Only time I can hear her. Gotta love a house full of kids.

  • I am sorry.. Yes Walk Away The Pounds. They are a great set of workout videos designed to help you "walk away pounds" from home. 1 mile, 2 mile and 3 mile videos in the box set I have. Wonderful workout. I find that my 2 mile video gets my heart rate up faster and longer and I sweat more then I do for the same time period…

  • I don't see it on the list of exercises. Does anyone know how many calories on average to put in?

  • Good for you! I have my husband counting and 2 of our friends. Bad thing is I can't talk about them now; just incase! jk
  • Another thought would be to eat the half for lunch and then give the other half to your daughter for dinner and have a light salad instead.
  • I have a stainless steel/aluminum as well. Love it! It's nice being about to refill where ever I can and go. Plus it fits in my bike holder. The dis of the one I have is that it doesn't fit in the car holder. I will need to get one of those inserts that makes the hole bigger for it. But it's nice. Another thing I love…
  • I know Arborne sells one that I found worked. It is a shower gel, and lotion combo. I have also heard that just warming the area with applied pressure and lotion and really help reduce. Might be time to start pampering with massages. Or just try some dollar store lotion and really rub that area good every night.

  • So I had a sneaky little calorie surprise today, Salad Toppins. 35 calories not too bad except that is for 1 1/3 tbsp. Now I didn't look at that before I ate and let’s just say I went over board on them. Well now I have 586 calories to get me through the day. I think I will end up going over that. I have my in-laws coming…
  • I really like dried fruit instead of chips, or popcorn. But I have found if I want a chip that veggie chips are great and there are so many different kinds out there now.

  • I love pita pockets. And the wheat ones aren't bad at all. Now I don't know calorie differences right now, but I would think they would be better for you. My sister is all about 12 grain, and my husband even likes it. Still getting use to it, but doesn't mind it at all.
  • I think I am going to try the southwestern chicken strips in them. That sounds good! Friday night, fun night idea. Thanks
  • Man everyone’s dinners sound so good. I hope they turned out great! Sure they did. I am not as healthy as you all are yet and my cabinets are pretty fatty looking, but I stayed within my calories still. I made hamburgers last night. Just right off the cow beef. I didn't add mayo to the normal white bun, just mustard, and I…
  • Welcome! I am also new. Good Luck, I hope those pounds melt off soon for the both of us.
  • Thanks Everyone! Already feeling so very welcome.
  • Welcome. I am starting off online today as well. It's so hard to lose those baby pounds. Good Luck!

  • Just wanted to pop in and say hello. I am writing from Michigan. As you can see from my profile; I am a mother of 3 young girls. Just like you I am here to lose weight, tone, and just be a total all healthier person. Just like others it seems like life gets in the way and mom and her needs come last. Right now mom is…
