Monday is my weigh in day because I feel like it's my honest heaviest weight all week. I am horrible on weekends. The past 3 weeks have been great all week and blow it all on weekend. Challenge is real.

My home is a shoes off zone. My feet don't hurt normally. They only hurt after working out. I have been doing walk away the pounds dvds. Mats are a great suggestion, thank you.

Ink to paper - here is goes.. I plan to hit 45 miles this month. That should be do able. I need to just lace up my shoes and get to walking.

@Deeder522 We took the ferry over for the day only. It was amazing.. I could spend some serious time there taking it all in. Beautiful! I have made a bucket list of things in MI I want to see. Have lived here for 15 years and finally adventuring out.

Another 3 Friday. I also biked 10 miles around and through the middle of Mackinac Island. Was a beautiful day. Sadly though I dropped off the rest of the weekend. Need to get back on track. 31.75/40

21.5/40 Still.. survived a horrible cold now back at it. I walked around the property last night picking mushrooms. I am going to claim a mile since felt like it. We have 10 acres and I covered the whole property going in circles. Taking a walk before dinner tonight though. Hoping for 4 nice big miles. 22.5/40

21.5/40 - feeling good about where I am. Thinking I need to increase my goal.. Thoughts? Still fighting my cold. Hoping since today is my rest day that I will recover enough for a good walk tomorrow. Busy mom week though so we will see.

3/40 done.. My bf and I took a nice 3 mile walk last night after dinner. Simple way to get a visit and some fitness in. Great job everyone!

A few years ago I challenged myself to do 100 miles in May. After falling off the bandwagon and putting 40 pounds back on. I think I should stick to something that seems more realistic for me and getting back on.. I am going to join @hollyhock1009 in her 40 miles in May. I plan on walking 3-4 tonight. 0/40

If you open up for more I'd love to join. After getting divorced I gained 40 pounds on top of my already overweight body.
