hiii! well i happened to have dropped 0.6 of a lb over night so all is not lost! i did change my routine today though, instead of the normal gym workout i got a good hour and 15 mins swimming :) hopefully ill continue to see a budge in these vicious few pounds! thanks for the advice!, i hope your journeys are going well :)…

I'm 5'7 and my Ultimate Goal is between 132 - 128! I got to 128 a couple of years ago and i was so happy, i still have clothes that i want to get back in to! Definitely wouldnt go much under 125 though!

i'd just see how it goes with the exercise, build it up - your fitness ability should grow in time! also- ive noticed that i lack protein in my diet - i know its chicken, fish etc which i do eat but i just dont seem to be getting any where near my rda for it most days! have you got any good protein reccommendations??
