Hello, I'm 32, I had a baby almost 14 months ago and haven't lost any of the weight. I have about 65 lbs to lose (only 25 of that baby weight), i've just started again. I was successful in the past so I hope I can do it again! I'd love to have some friends to help me out and just even to see their progress for motivation.

I like the So Delicious coconut milk coffee creamer in my coffee.

I am short and at 1200 some days i'm over but lately i've been pretty good. I am also doing a LowFODMAP diet for health reasons to figure out what is causing my digestive issues. I eat usually either eggs or oatmeal for breakfast, variety for lunch and dinner. Veggies and fruit for snacks. I don't restrict what I eat I…

I usually have oatmeal it takes no time at all. I usually put the water on to boil while I get dressed and put the oats in to cook while I pack my lunch. I use quick oats, they cook in 3 minutes usually.

I prefer contacts when working out. I don't have any problems, wind can dry them out if outside but drops generally do the trick if that happens. I don't have a problem with sweat in my eyes. No differently anyway then with no contacts in my eyes. I have never experienced fogging up of contacts. I have worn them for 15…

I go to bed around 9:30-10:30 usually I get ready for bed at 9:30 so i'm in bed starting to go to sleep by 10. I get up between 5-5:30am but unfortunately not to workout to go to work. I have a 150km drive each way.

I like to swim I suggest a one piece racerback style. I find they hold in my chest and are comfortable swimming, I don't have to constantly adjust. I would suggest a sporting goods store.

You can add me as well if you like. Good luck and you can do what you put your mind to.

Thanks for the recommendations it is really annoying to be constantly adjusting my clothes when I'm trying to focus.

I love wine but I don't cut it out I just moderate. If on occasion I have more than I should on a weekend so be it. I won't cut things out completely just cut down as for me it would not be sustainable.

I am trying to lose weight for several reasons, to be healthier TTC and during pregnancy hopefully is one of my reasons. We are getting married in September and going to try for a baby after that. I thought that it would be more pleasant if I was in better shape. I am fairly healthy but overweight. I hope to lose 20-30…

I'm in. It took me a month to lose 2lbs but I was not consistent. I have been pretty consistent for 2 weeks or so now so I hope it will make the difference. I lost 40 lbs a couple of years ago and have gained around 20 back. I need to get that and a bit more off. I am getting married in September so I want to lose some but…

An epicure steamer is great for the microwave. I use mine for steaming veggies, air popped popcorn, I haven't tried it yet but others use it regularly for fish and chicken. I also cook things put them in portioned out containers and freeze them. Then the first day it's frozen if kept in the fridge I find it doesn't thaw…

I had alot of my jackets for my suits taken in, the pants it was not worth it to me. I then bought new clothes but then gained weight back and have a problem with stuff being too small. I am now re-commited and trying to fit back into my clothes again. I find dresses tend to be easier to adapt and a few staples for work. I…

You said there was lots of sodium, maybe it's just temporary because of the sodium?

Thanks, I will try both of those. I do have a kitchen scale so I have been weighing some things but not losing weight so I know I have to weigh everything.

My friends are usually up for active outings, I wish I could interest my Finance in more active dates. He doesn't really like them so much but he is getting better lately and if all else fails I can usually convince him to go for a walk.

I do some lower calorie products and some full fat products. I don't like many low cal options I just eat less of the other stuff. I look at what is in it as well.

I used to eat really big portions, I was hungry at first but I find my body got used to the smaller portions and then that is all I need. I have water or tea if I feel like I want more food to see if I really need it or just want it because it tastes good. I do go over my 1200 calories some days but I try to exercise those…

Hi, I'm 5'0 and at 1200 calories, feel free to add me. I struggle with the 1200 calories sometimes as it really isn't much food.

A properly fitting sports bra that is for high impact exercise maybe? I have read articles about sport bras and what type is best for what cups size and exercise. If you can wear two great but the right one for you might do the trick. I know what you mean though, I am just beginning level one and without the proper support…

I find I lose first in my face/neck/chest area then my arms and around my ribcage, my natural waist then thighs and the belly I find is the slowest area for me to see any difference. It varies with exercise for me as well depending on what I do.

I live in Nova Scotia so prices are likely somewhat different but for 2 we spend between 400-600 including toiletries and household items like laundry detergent. We watch for sales, we shop for produce at a local farmers market in the fall when we can and we eat well, good cuts of meat, some junk food as my partner doesn't…
