How to weigh some foods?
Hello, I am wondering what is the easiest or best way to weigh food like peanut butter and mayo, etc. I usually just measure by teaspoon or whatever but I know it's not really that accurate. How to log exercise classes?
I have been doing some classes at the YMCA such as Group Power (weights and works many muscles), Group Blast (Step aerobics) and Group Kick ( a cardio type class with lots of kicks and punches, etc. ). I am not sure how to log it in as exercise. Any tips?
