I have been doing some classes at the YMCA such as Group Power (weights and works many muscles), Group Blast (Step aerobics) and Group Kick ( a cardio type class with lots of kicks and punches, etc. ). I am not sure how to log it in as exercise. Any tips?

I do body pump and log it in as LES MILLS body pump. Just look up the generic name of your class and you should find it. Like kick boxing and step aerobics. It should be on the list.

I love group power. ..do it three times a week. I log it under cardiovascular as strength training. Gives me about 175 calories for the hour which i think its a decent estimation.0

Step aerobics and kickboxing are in the database. Somebody else mentioned that body pump is in there, or you could use circuit training.0

From the website's top menu, click "Exercise", type "swimming" into the box, then click "Search".
