I am just a tad shorter; I am 5 feet tall and maybe 5 foot one on a good day. Been on a weight loss journey for a little over a year and a half and down 67 pounds :)

I'm thinking this weight gain is due to stress, hormones, and my eating I was not as strict with it as I was last week. This week I am going to better. I also think my body is having a harder time losing weight as I am 20 pounds away from my goal.

I would alos try and up your protein. It is essential to loosing weight :). Also how many glasses of water do you drink a day? Water helps too. Good luck! :)
