You would probably pass out if you saw what I ate during PMS time...nothing stops me from craving chocolate!

I needed to hear that, thank you!

Thanks for sharing this. Same happened to me when i worked out , the scale wouldn't budge at all but i noticed all of my clothes were fitting loose ..i thought it was really odd for me because typically i see the scale move. but i guess it doesn't matter as long as the end results are the same.

I am proud that even though my scale says I have not changed in 2 weeks, even though I officially started 3 weeks ago, I am still working out.:ohwell:

I feel your pain, seriously. I started my diet and exercise back 3 weeks ago, I did good the first week; I lost 6lbs. But ever since (last two weeks) I have not seen any changes! What the heck. :brokenheart: :explode:

He probably told her it was hospital policy in an attempt to not embarrass her. But, no matter how hard you try you just cannot please everyone. So he should have just said what he needed to say, regardless. I believe the Doctor was in the right in this situation.

I can relate. I lost 50lbs, busted my BUTT of doing it. It took me 21 weeks to do it,too. I started looking good, feeling good, and what do I do? You guessed it, rewarded myself with food and it all went down hill from there.I gained it all back. So here I am starting back at square one trying so hard to get back into the…

I do 10 minutes on each one, which equals to 40 minutes of cardio. Then I lift weights for 10-15 minutes. It seems to be working pretty good.

That is the exact problem i have been on for two days..along with being very tired!!! There is nothing i can do to stop it, i guess our bodies crave it for a reason...However, i do extra work outs to try to offset the extra cals if i can. As soon as the week is over i can go right back to my regular eatting...so i guess i…
