Im sorry for the loss of your son, I couldn't imagine the pain and heartbreak you've been through, just reading it makes me tear up. It is so inspirational ( your weight loss story) and you should be very proud. Keep up the good work you look amazing.

I try to record everything and do pretty good keeping under, but I do go over once in awhile and I don't make the best of choices. The last two days I've been doing better, I am actually doing the Slim Fast 14 day plan and I've lost 1.5 lbs. So maybe the change is good?

I don't think you can get rid of it..but I believe if you lose weigh slow it will give your skin time to shrink. At least that is what I've been reading.

How old are your cousins? Are they kids? If so, you really can't pay attention to what they say. After all everyone is "larger" than them , in their eyes that is. Kind of like when a kid says 30 is old.

oh yes, definitely. I think everyone on here can relate to that. This time I am coming up with a game plan though: work out until I lose the weight, then maintain by two classes of zumba ( my work out of choice) a week. I think that should help.

I know how you feel, I felt the same when I finally hit under 200. I took a picture of it when i hit 199.9 LOL It is a major victory and you should be proud!:happy:

Good to know. I don't feel I drink enough and I am willing to make changes, especially easy ones like drinking extra water, to aid my weight loss and health.

this is what i am doing, so far I've lost 20lbs with Zumba and abs and toning class. My local Y offers Zumba 4 days a week and abs and toning on the day zumba is off. They also have TRX and Tabata which are also GREAT. Weekends I lift weights and jog.

I guess ill have to do it the hard way, sorry guys, but anyway. I am 33, 5'6, started at 225 wearing 18, in my before i am 200 wearing size 16 and my after (still working on that) size 12, 41 hip, size med. large. shirts, you will have to click on my profile pictures to see those if you are interested. :ohwell:

I am 5'6 and started at 225 and now at 186 (189 with a fully belly lol) I did measurements and my hips are 41 and i can wear a 12, large and medium shirts. I would post pictures, but I am not sure how? Hope this helps!

I am down to 198 from 225..I started last summer, got to about 205. Over the winter i stopped working out and hung at 205 , didnt gain thankfully. Started working out again 41days ago and I am at 198. Not sure how to add a picture..i am 5'6 and 33 . My first goal is 175..23lbs to go!
