Hi there, I'm not much into experimenting with new foods. I once had a boyfriend that liked coconut milk. He didn't drink it though, it was used as an ingredient in cooking. It comes in a small can, so I'd say, give it a try!

It's very likely it's water weight. Could be any number of things; menses, weighing at different times of the day, having a full bowel???? I know it's kinda gross, but any could be. Keep ur chin up, and I would recommend some good exercise to boost you.

Roxanne-if I'm an expert at anything, it's gaining weight! I suggest drinking a milk shake once a day. It always packs the pounds on me! Good luck with your goal. I think protein (high) amounts is good for gaining muscle mass, which is good when you want to look good in the end.
