Hi everyone,
I'm Roxane and I'm new here, just found this app last monday and here I am!
My goal is to gain 15 lbs... I know what you are thinking: "Get out of here and go cry yourself to sleep in your 00's!" but bottom line is I can't gain weight. I've tried nearly everything. I'm hoping that by tracking my calories I can be sure I eat enough of the right stuff so I don't look like a yardstick anymore. With any luck I'll gain a few pounds and enjoy giving/receiving support from peers along the way!

Best of luck! I don't have your problem, but I know that for some folks, gaining weight is hard. I hope this program helps you in the way you need it to.0

Sometimes it's easy to forget that being underweight can be as bad for your overall health as being overweight. Best of luck on attaining your goals This has been a really supportive place for me!0

Roxanne-if I'm an expert at anything, it's gaining weight! I suggest drinking a milk shake once a day. It always packs the pounds on me! Good luck with your goal. I think protein (high) amounts is good for gaining muscle mass, which is good when you want to look good in the end.0

Good luck to you. I am here to lose 15. If only I could hand it off to you, I would. The great thing about this site is, by logging everything, you will realize the calories & adjust your eating to what gives you the results you want.0
