That is still awesome! Just shows how simple rules go a long way! Just all about eating less fatty food and being more active. How can you go wrong with that combo! You are simply beautiful and have made me feel so encouraged and motivated to get my *kitten* into gear! :) xx

You have completely inspired me and the whole loose skin thing, don't worry about that. Do some strength training drink plenty of water and your skin will eventually tighten up Awesome results x You started off bigger than me and now much smaller! You are a star!

Price wise it is worth it! And as many have said before it is more than worth it if you make the most outta the gym and workout properly. But gym is not for everyone and I've lost weight very well with fitness DVDs and turbo jam/fire DVDs as well as the Jillian Michaels range and P90x in the comfort of my own living room.…

Sorry I haven't had time to log on the past few days.. crazy wedding season!! Mon QOTD: My biggest achievement other than this little weight loss is also overcoming cancer at the age of 15, and I was extremely obese back then because of it. I was in remission for 11 months and missed out on a lot especially being held back…

I haven't reached a plateau yet as I've just started losing weight.. But when I do.. I will just increase my eating a bit and less exercise and then see what the scale does and then get back on it again!

the nearer ur goal it will get a lil tougher.. but you can lose it in about less than 10 weeks. by the time you start uni you will have a decent figure. make sure you drink lots of water and cut out fizzy drinks! Also you'll have to do ur exercise DVD every other day and not every 2 weeks!

I am doing P90 and Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred for that extra boost of fat loss. Other than that.. The weather here is a bit rubbish (I live in England) no surprise it's dull or raining every other day but I tend to go play in the park with my lil sister after school or badminton in the garden!
