I wish I knew about HIIT!! I wish I knew that losing weight was simply about eating proportionally and exercising more. I wish I wasn't so hard on myself when I lost the first 20lbs :(

Yeah you only need weights and a workout mat if you want/need one. You can use a full tin cans if you don't have any at hand too :)

I'm about 5"4ish and weigh 140lbs atm. I would love to be 115-120lbs, as I have a lot and I mean A LOT of belly fat, (34inch waist here!) Apparently a little weight loss looks like a huge difference with us small peeps so yay! Think positive :)

You can most definitely do it! The first couple of pounds are easy to lose, then you gotta make sure you switch up your workouts so you're body continues to work hard and burn calories. Also make sure you eat well and drink plenty of water. Try to limit your fat and carb intake. Hard, but has to be done to lose the weight.…
