I have been slacking in the exercise department. This is just the challenge I need to get back on track.

Sounds tough but I will get it done!

Love the motivation Spice.....LOVE IT! So far I have been doing 30 day shred daily with either a walk or elliptical a few nights. My goal is to continue 30ds and make sure I get in another workout every night this week! I exceed my mfp goals already, this week I'm gonna bury them!

I agree and I am also motivated my closest real life friends. Because I have raved and been so committed to 30 day shred, three of my friends started it too. So when I feel lazy, I just stick with it because now we are all in it together. No giving up now :)

Amazing! Keep up the good work! :)

Feel free to add me too. I'm pretty new here also. I have a 7y/o and twin 4y/o's :)

Oh, and I have not had take out pizza since I started counting calories, because I just might not be strong enough to only have a slice or two.

Soda and coffee. I know I could have them in moderation and be fine, but now that I'm serious about losing weight, I can't justify drinking my calories. Not to mention all the sugar and I always feel so yucky and bloated after having soda. No thanks, lol I loveeeee chips too, but now if I REALLY want some on the side of a…

I am on day 13 (day 3 of level 2) and I really don't get sore anymore, but it is still a killer workout. Hopefully I can post some before and after pics at the end of this. Aside from 30ds in the morning/afternoon, I also try to get in a walk/elliptical or some other cardio a few nights a week.

Woohoo! We got a badge!

I'm new to MFP too. I'll add you, but only if that Brady on your username refers to Tom Brady lol jk....sort of :) lol

Even though the teams are made, there are a few people who are still going to join in on the challenge without a team. Challenge yourself mama. I'll help motivate you. Let's drop this weight!

Woohoo....I'm a bootie buster!
-
I like that too because I am extremely uncoordinated and need to be corrected lol
-
I have it but I have only used it a few times. It was a pretty good workout. I've been thinking about using it here again.

I love throwing some cut up chicken into a pan, cook until it's no longer pink, then throw in some diced red and green peppers and zucchini, a splash of soy sauce or asian toasted sesame dressing. Cook until the veggies are tender crisp and serve over rice.

Count me in too, please! SW: 165 CW: 164 GW: 134 (ultimate goal 120-125) And I'd like to be a skinny b*tch, if there's room :)

Love this! I would be Rogue or Poison Ivy definitely. Phoenix is awesome too.

I had my gall bladder out 3 years ago as well. I put on 40lbs since, not sure if it was because of the removal or because I stopped breastfeeding my twins at the same time. It has definitely given my some IBS issues. Fatty, greasy foods make me feel so ill and go right through me. It's a big part of the reason that I am…

I have it also, but don't take anything for it. I have an inhaler in case I really need it, but I found that if I exercise on a regular basis I can condition my lungs so that it isn't as big of a problem.

I am on day 2 also. I took measurements a day or 2 before starting. I think I will wait to post measurements until the very end. msladonnalee - I am going to friend you since we started the same day and have a similar goal :)
-
Count me in too! Although, I started today so I will be a day ahead.
-
I am just starting. I am on day 1 of level 1. I had started it last year but only stuck with it a couple weeks. I did get some good results in that short amount of time though. I am hoping to stick with it the full 30 days this time around.

Nevermind just saw this was already asked :)
