Now is the time for me to do the ranking of members as I said in my earlier post, team members will be ranked according to achievements. For every weekly challenge you complete you would be given a sticker, which represents your successful completion of the challenge. From this sticker you will be able to reflect or have a visual of your achievements. Once persons achieve 10 (ten) sticker they will be able to set a new weekly challenge and will be called upon for ideas on challenges also you will know if you are a real ‘Flop’ or a true ‘Fighter’!!!
With that statement can everyone send me a personal email today with the subject ‘Flop’ if you achieve zero to two 888 or ‘Fighter’ if you have achieved all three or more, I know there are more fighters than flops in this team so I know most of you would have blasted that challenge to pieces!!! However if you have not been able to achieve last week’s challenge do not be dismay, Here is a kick up your butt to getting you running because it’s time to (Drum Roll) “unleash the beast” in this week’s ‘GIVE ME 66/6 BEASTLY CHALLENGE’.
Here is how it bites!!!! In this week’s challenge you need to complete 66 minutes of exercise daily for 6 days to earn a grand total of weekly exercise minutes of 396. This week is not what exercise you do or how many calories you burn it’s how long you stayed to get that burn. This week ‘GIVE ME 66 for 6 days (666) is your challenge!!
Come on guys I know you can do this!!! I know some of you would say that you can’t achieve this because you can only exercise for 4 or 5 days a week well that means you would have to work twice as heard the main concern is that you achieve 396 minutes of exercise by Sunday midnight, you can decide how you do it. However I rather you aim for 66mins for/6days the question is CAN YOU DO IT???????
YES YOU CAN!!!!
It’s time to stop flopping and start fighting!!
It’s time to stop wanting to exercise and start doing your exercise!!
It’s time to stop making excuses and make time!!
It’s time to UNLEASH THE BEAST!!

Today is my off day because of the double shifts but I am down for the challenge I will get my other 66/6 the rest of the week. Its on and poppin. Loving the challenges because it makes me push harder.:bigsmile:0

from first glance is it a total of 396 or do I actually have to do 66 minutes for 6 days? somedays I do 45 minutes, other days 120 minutes, so it averages out...sorry if this question has been asked and answered already. as I said, I don't have much time to read it yet!

Well this is a new month a time for new planning and setting new goals, also evaluating June achievements. This being a new month is time to examine your diaries (exercise and food) how did you do? Where are the successes or short comings? What are the bad or good days? Are you closer to your goal? What would you do differently this month?
Today being Monday a new month! A new week! A new Day that calls for a new challenge!!!! Let’s welcome the “Different Me” Challenge.:flowerforyou:
For far too long we become complacent we eat the same food, Wear the same clothes, and do the same exercise month after month. Our body is changing Yes! But our mind is still larking behind. This week we will try to change one aspect of our mind that is towards exercise. This week the “Different Me” challenge means you need to change your type of exercise.
The challenge is simple, you must take on 3 new forms of exercise you have NEVER done before but has always been meaning to try!!! This week it’s time to show yourself, your friends, your family you are a new person it’s time to change your routine! It’s time to do things differently!!! It’s time to be show the “Different Me”!!!

I have been slacking in the exercise department. This is just the challenge I need to get back on track.0

Okay I am down for this challenge bc were expected to have rain all week which means I will be hitting the gym which is something I hate so I'm sure I will do plenty of different exercises that will take me out of my comfort zone.0

In this week different me challenge am going to really try 4 new exercise I have always been putting of trying. Today am going to start this challege of with hot bikram yoga, then later in the week will try Kettlebell,zumba and taichi work out, I intend to bring out the different me shock this body into shape!!!
Hot bikram yoga will be my first new exercise this week, i heard yous shred loads of weight!!!! cant wait!!0 -

No its not too late to join us in our weekly challenges you can catch up really fast!!. Just try 3 new exercise this week can be in the form of gym classes, DVD, Sports, Gym equipment. All that is important is that its new to you!!

Hello Fat-Fighers, I know this week challenge although so simple would be difficult!!! I know it will be difficult to change because we can get complacent doing the same routine exercise week in week out. We get comfortable and so does the body. Our weight loss is slow because we need to get out of our comfort zone and challenge the body to work differently.
Just try any New Gym Equipment, New Sports or New Gym Classes this week to complete the challenge!!!
Here are some examples of gym or sport you can try this week !! zumba, Spin, Step, Running, squash, body Pump, Pilates, Yoga, Belly Dance, Pool Dance, Street Dance, Boot Camp,Boxercise, Boxing, Swimming, Body Combat, Body Balance, Medicine Ball, Kettle Bell,Mel B, Bikram yoga, or A New gym Equipment etc...The list is endless just shock that fat and shake it off this week.
What are you waiting for???? Just go for it BE DIFFERENT!!0 -
