I've cut down from 6-12 Diet cokes to 1 a day if that. Sometimes I fall off the bandwagon, but I'd rather have diet coke than coffee with 4 tablespoons of sugar in it. The hardest thing I've done was "Fast" which meant no fat, no salt, no sugar. It was interesting finding ways to make the things in our cupboards work…

Makes sense to me, although I'm always hungry when dieting but I think that has more to do with increased exercise instead of the foods I'm eating.

Interesting concept, and interesting to see how if I was 5 inches taller I wouldn't be classified as "Obese" I'd be normal. Oh height, how you have failed me yet again.
