I agree with this poster, especially because you walked 8 miles a few days ago. Give yourself a reasonable deadline, say break today and tomorrow, and get back to it Wednesday. Eat sensibly, and make sure you at least walk to the end of your block, you can do it!

Hey! This may sound a bit extra, but if you aren't measuring your food already, try that. Sometimes we measure our food, become comfortable in assuming that we can go free-hand for a while, but may be eating more than the serving calls for. Hope this helps :smile:
