Hey! This may sound a bit extra, but if you aren't measuring your food already, try that. Sometimes we measure our food, become comfortable in assuming that we can go free-hand for a while, but may be eating more than the serving calls for. Hope this helps

Sometimes you just get stuck. Keep doing what you are doing so that you don't gain weight back.

I look at it this way. I weigh less than I used to, so as long as I don't gain any weight, I'm happy to sit at a plateau as long as I have to before the weight starts coming off again.

I don't know how much if any help this will be but on the program I am on when we hit a plateau we are told to have a "boost" meal, eat more basically because the body gets used to us eating a certain way and when you have the boost meal it kind of shocks it back into action, I was at a plateau and I was getting discouraged and decided to try it, it worked for me, maybe it will help you plus I finally got that burger and fries I have been craving for so long!

Wow...our numbers are pretty much on point with eachother :) I will send you a friend request. Things have just gotten slower for me over the past few weeks. I would love to support you through this process!

I was at one off those nasty little plateau's for over a month. I went "off" my diet for a day and ate what I wanted. Noticed a drop on the scales a day later. I got on and it said I lost 1 lb. Sometimes our bodies get used to a certain regimen and it needs to get shocked once in a while.

Maybe change up your exercise program?
  • Thanks for the suggestions:) going to take it easy tommorow and not worry about it.
