funny you say that, because i've noticed i tend to have a much lower rpm than others in my cycling club, but i feel it is a much less efficient use of my power

omg the bun weighed easily a full lb...so with 30 sec to spare i ate 5 lbs, avg. 1 lb of food every 12 min over the hour!

Calorie Cycle...eat higher calories days you lift, eat lower days you don't. ALWAYS eat sufficient protien, around 1gm/lb of body weight. And new to lifting can def put on muscle while in a deficit, so LIFT BIG BRAH!
