 CONGRATS everyone on your losses! Or even if you just maintained, that is an accomplishment as well! 
 Well, I lowered my calories and stayed consistent with my cardio, while adding more strength training. The lowest the scale has seen this year is 205, so I'm hoping to continue this downward trend, and break into the 100s by Halloween. On to October!0

 It's weight loss so I'm not going to cry over it. I started strength training this summer and it seems like I've been playing with the same four pounds the entire time. Hopefully I can get serious about cutting out junk food in October (moderation seems to be a hard concept to grasp) and lose a little more while getting stronger.0
