It was a lot harder to do this month, I think because I am getting close to my goal weight. I really need the motivation but wonder if I should set a goal of less than 5 lbs for October. Has anyone else found it harder the lighter you get?0 -

I have only found this group so I am a day late. I joined this site 8 months ago but a week after I start I just stop and I have only just came back on but here goes good luck everybody. So here are my numbers.

Before I put my weight I just say one thing. Last Tuesday my weight was 182 then I don't know why but I check it on Saturday and it went up to 188 so I check my weight today on my official weigh in day and I am:
9/09 Tuesday: 184
So even though I have lost 4 lbs from Saturday I am still 2 lbs bigger then I was last Tuesday.
9/16 Tuesday: 181
I lose 3lbs since last Tuesday
Total weight loss as of Tuesday 16th September 2014: 7lbs
9/23 Tuesday:181
I have not lost or gained any weight since last Tuesday
Total weight loss as of Tuesday 23rd September 2014: 7lbs

I have still not lost or gained any weight since last Tuesday
So it is the end of the of the September and I have lost 7lbs altogether this month. It is the most that I have lost in a month. Hope this group carry on into October because this group help a lot.0 -

Well, I lowered my calories and stayed consistent with my cardio, while adding more strength training. The lowest the scale has seen this year is 205, so I'm hoping to continue this downward trend, and break into the 100s by Halloween. On to October!0 -

It's weight loss so I'm not going to cry over it. I started strength training this summer and it seems like I've been playing with the same four pounds the entire time. Hopefully I can get serious about cutting out junk food in October (moderation seems to be a hard concept to grasp) and lose a little more while getting stronger.0 -
