    Thank you for starting this again and I'm In again. Fingers crossed I'll reach my goal this month (I did in August but mainly because I only wanted to lose 3lbs due to two mini-breaks I had).

    Finally back to work so I can have a little more structure/control during the days. Very hard for me to lose weight during the summer - just exercise a ton to not gain too much!

    I really love the monthly group. I went back and looked at last 3 months: Very motivational!!!

    With that said: Lets go!!

    My original overall goal weight was 190, I am going to shoot for 180 now :D Why not bring the BMI down to AWESOME level

    Hi all! I'm new to the group. I joined MFP in 2013. Sept 4 will be my 1 year anniversary date of when I started being committed to logging food and exercise. I did great until Feb 2014 and fell off my calorie counting and exercise wagon. No surprise, I have gained back 8 lbs. I'm 5' 1.5" (shortie) and I've learned it was way too easy to gain and a lot of work to drop each and every pound. Looking back there are only a few meals that I would say were worth 8 lbs of weight gain (the rest I can't even remember). So, cheers to us for working on a healthier life for ourselves.
