Right time to try this again, seriously refocusing this month, would love to loose at least 14lb by Xmas.

Hey all!! Feeling great just started about 10 days ago! Already i feel physically better! Drinking water is especially difficult for me as i tend to forget. My puppy is keeping my exercise up to date. With this program i am reading a lot more labels than ever before. Who knew normal portions and regular exercise could be this easy!0 -
I'm in - think this may be a thread I used to post in more than a year ago and then concentrated more on cycling and this took a sideline - want to do both now!! Not least because I've got a trip to NY booked at the beginning of November and I don't want to be looking back at fat pictures for years to come! My aim is to lose a stone by then...in just under 9 weeks. Perfectly do-able if I stick to the programme!!!

I think there's a little water weight here because i was loading steadily, even though i ate a ton while i was on vacation on the 1st. But i stayed steady, so that's cool, considering i had a very rough week overall.0 -
