I said at the start that "I visit my health practice on 30th September, would very much like to be around 165-167 lbs. An inch from my waist would be good, too!" Well, I will be very happy to lose a little more by then.
Big struggle drinking water, even when it's my mini goal for the day.

You guuuuyss!! I lost almost 3 pounds this week!! I was totally beside myself with happiness! That and I finally broke through that 200lb barrier and am back in the 100s! And there is noooo way I am going back, I will tell you that right now. I worked so hard for it this past week. Not letting go of it easy. Although I will admit that I didn't really count calories yesterday, I was still careful. At the very worst I estimate being at maintenance yesterday. Today I start my full-time position at my job so I packed my own lunch for the first time. Hopefully doing this will keep me on even better track! Wish me luck!

Daphnerose - Hey, we are at about the same place in our weight loss! We should be buds. And about your soda addiction you are having troubles with, my hubby and my roommate have had the same struggle. When my husband finally quit or at least eased up on it he did so by filling his diet with other more substantial foods that he enjoys. My roommate replaced soda with coffee lol. But I would suggest that you just plan it into your calories ahead of time. Whenever I want to indulge on something like soda or chocolate, I just log it ahead of time so I know those calories are already spoken for. Then I can spend the rest of the day looking forward to it, and then I can also enjoy it guilt-free! Good luck!0 -
